Our Story

Personal by design

When we began traveling we wanted some things that hotels just didn't offer. - We didn't like leaving our dogs at home and we didn't want to board them. - We didn't want to go out to eat everyday, we wanted a place to cook. - We wanted larger spaces where we could be comfortable traveling with family and friends. So we created our first rental property with all of that mind and we have been upgrading it ever since.

This clean, inviting house in Wilmington, NC was great for our large family. The fenced in backyard was spacious and loved by our dogs. Having extra beach towels and beach chairs was the icing on the cake for us. We definitely recommend it!

Joel’s house was very nice. The hot tub was very well loved by everyone. Also, only 10 mins to wrightsville beach. He was very quick to respond to any problems that we had. I would stay here again.
